About this Quick-Start Workshop

A Project Health Check is a reflective learning exercise - a snapshot of the status of a project or program in order to identify what is going well and what areas need improvement. It enables Project Managers, Project Sponsors and the project team who are often so involved in the day-to-day activities the ability to recognize the true status of a project.

The focus of the Project Health Check Quick-Start workshop is to partner with the Project Sponsor, Project Manager and team to gain an independent assessment of how well the project or program is performing in accordance with the project’s stated goals and objectives.  The assessment provides early warning indicators of project risks and barriers that may lead to poor performance while recognizing the strengths and enablers of the team to achieve success.
