This leading hospital system needed assistance implementing PeopleSoft to reduce their HR costs. As the hospital continued to build new facilities to accommodate growth, the Human Resources department required the ability leverage new technologies. With complex and costly ERP system configurations, inefficient talent recruiting and onboarding processes, limited self-service functionality and outdated business processes, the HR department was faced with an inability to scale to accommodate rapid growth. In response, HR executives needed the ability to outsource major HR functions to a 3rd party provider and redesign core HR departments to provide more strategic business services.
Project Description
To support the outsourcing of core HR services and enable the integration of employee self-service, Darby Consulting managed the coordination of stakeholder engagement and process redesign sessions to identify current state processes and provide requirements into the design of employee-self-service portal and back-office support processes.
