Most project managers are aware that delivering projects within time, cost and scope is critical to their success. However, there is a fourth element of the project triangle that is often overlooked –quality.  The term quality can be elusive and is often not clearly defined. A project manager needs to know how quality is defined for the organization and the specific project in order to be successful. During this one-hour session, a framework for ensuring project quality success as well as practical, real-world examples and tips will be covered.
